Abstract: The real estate market is dynamic. In recent years, competition among agencies in the sector has increased significantly. There is a growing need to attract and retain motivated employees who possess the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve both their personal goals and the objectives of the agencies in which they work. High job performance and the successful completion of a large number of transactions require continuous improvement of competencies, as well as the acquisition of new ones by employees in real estate agencies. The aim of this article is to analyze the key importance of continuous training and development activities for real estate brokers and to present a six-stage conceptual framework for the professional training and development of brokers. This framework represents a systematic approach to the acquisition and enhancement of knowledge and skills necessary for successful professional performance and the achievement of desired and expected results.
