The volume of the manuscript should not exceed total of 15 pages including abstract, tables, notes and list of references.
The manuscript could be written in one of the following languages: Bulgarian, English or Russian.
1. Manuscript Requirements:
The manuscript should include the following information:
1. Main title;
2. Name and family name of authors – without academic title and workplace;
3. Abstract – up to 300 words;
4. Keywords – up to 6 words;
5. Main text of manuscript;
6. Notes;
7. References;
8. Contact information of the authors.
2. Formatting requirements
The format of the files sent should be one of the following: DOC, DOCX (MS Word 2003 or later).
Main format settings
Page setup – margins: Top – 3.7 cm; Bottom – 2.5 cm; Left – 2 cm; Right – 2 cm;
Paper Size – A4, Portrait, non page numbering, Line spacing Single, First line by 0.5 cm.
Font – Times New Roman; Font Style – Regular;
Format settings of Title – Times New Roman, Font size 12pt, Bold, All Caps, centered and non-abbreviations
Name of authors – name and family name of authors without academic titles and workplace are written after one empty row. If are many authors, they should be written subsequently separated with comma – Times New Roman, Font size 12pt, Bold and centered.
Abstract – two empty rows after author’s name, First line by 0.5 cm, Times New Roman, Font size – 10pt, Italic;
Keywords – First line by 0.5 cm, Times New Roman, Font size – 10pt.
Main text of manuscript – after two empty rows the text is formatted as follow:
- In two columns – Columns: Presets – Two; Spacing – 0.8 cm.
- Font – Times New Roman, Font Size 11pt, Regular, Justify text.
- Hyphenation: Page Layout – Hyphenation – Automatically hyphenate document;
- Titles of sections and subsections in manuscript – after one empty row, Times New Roman, Font Size 11pt, Bold, Align text left.
Formatting of tables, figures and formulas
Tables in manuscript are formatted after one empty row as following:
- Subsequently numbered with Arabic numbers and title (above tables);
- Title of table and naming of columns/rows in it– Fond Size 10pt, Bold, centered;
- Main text of table – Fond Size 10pt, Regular;
- Used sources – under the table, Fond Size 10pt, Bold, Italic, Justify Text;
- It is recommended the tables not to be bigger that one page;
- Graphical images to be editable.
Figures in manuscript are formatted after one empty row as following:
- Subsequently numbered with Arabic numbers and title (below figures);
- Title of figure – Font size 10pt, Bold, centered.
- Main text in figures – Fond Size 10pt, Regular;
- Graphical images to be editable;
Formulas should be created by using Word editor or inserted as objects. They are numbered from the right side as (1), (2) and ect.
Notes
In case of usage of notes, they should be posted at the end of the manuscript before the references. Notes should be numbered with Arabic numbers as upper indexation. The notes at the end of the manuscript should be subsequently numbered as per the text.
References – after two empty rows, Times New Roman, Font Size 11pt, Bold, centered.
The references are alphabetically ordered of authors names without any numbering.
Citing Guidelines - authors should observe the requirements of Harvard citation style (check attached file) when they use citing.
Authors’ contacts - after two empty rows:
- names of authors, academic title and scientific degree;
- workplace;
- mailing address;
- E-mail.
