The articles, which are appropriate to the journal topics and are properly formatted in accordance with technical requirements, will be proceed to peer review process. Each reviewer will gives one of the following recommendations of the articles:

• To be published without any correction;
• To be published after accepted proposed correction without needed follow up review;
• To be published after corrections and follow up review;
• Not to be published, because the article does not contain any new and well analyzed results or because the article is not appropriate for the journal topics.

The decision for publishing of the articles is taken by the Editorial Board.
