“Real Estate Property & Business” is an academic online journal with free access, indexed in CEEOL and EBSCO. Here are published original academic and scientific articles focused over construction, trades and management of Real Estate Properties and current topics related to its economical behavior. Our main purpose and desire is to provide intellectual online platform for the scientists and representatives of the real business from worldwide where they will be encouraged to share and to discuss current topics related to Real Estate Property. The access of all articles is free of charge.

The journal “Real Estate Property & Business” is issued from the academic staff of “Real Estate Property” Department of Business Faculty of University of National and World Economy –Sofia, Bulgaria. The academic staff has more than 15 years of experience in teaching the following courses “Business with Real Estate Properties”, “Facility management”, “Property Management” and etc.

In the journal “Real Estate Property & Business” can be posted articles on three different languages – Bulgarian, English and Russian. The uploaded articles are reviewed by using the peer review processes and double blind review.
