Abstract: The Classification of economic activities from 2008 determines the construction into а separate sector, which could be also determined as a separate process of the real estate field. In this study, the main macroeconomic characteristics of sector "F - Construction" are represented, as well as its development dynamics for the period 2010- 2021. The study also represents the necessity for investment in the sector.
