Abstract: This article examines the problems and indicators of Housing construction in Russia in recent years. The cost of real estate has been analyzed, and the possibility of currently acquiring their own housing for the majority of the country's citizens has been assessed. The conditions of banks for issuing "Family mortgages" for the beginning of 2025 are presented. The main trends of housing construction are highlighted, with the condition that they are provided with social facilities according to modern standards. Among the current trends in housing construction, the active introduction of information modeling technologies in Russia, their advantages and problems of implementation are noted.
