Abstract: The present article presents the results of the statistical analysis of the relationship between housing provision and the birth rate by region. The studied processes are examined separately in cities and in villages. Conclusions and generalizations have been made regarding the possibilities of stimulating the birth rate by improving housing provision for young families. Lagged values of housing provision from one year back were used in the fertility factor attributes. Some of the obtained results are presented graphically using statistical graphic images.
