Abstract: The management and control of publicly owned public property requires the introduction of flexible and effective monitoring and reporting mechanisms. The processes related to the management of public state property are always debatable and, at the same time, subject to review by various control bodies. The purpose of this development is to look at the mechanisms for managing publicly owned public property by identifying the risks involved in the control and use of real estate. The introduction of effective control activities in the management of public state property implies the improvement of the process of managing and protecting the properties)
