ПОСЛЕДИЦИ СВЪРЗАНИ С НЕПРАВОМЕРНОТО ЗАВЗЕМАНЕ НА ОБЩИ ЧАСТИ НА СГРАДИ В РЕЖИМ НА ЕТАЖНА СОБСТВЕНОСТ

Abstract: The article examines the problems related to the illegal seizure of common areas by owners in buildings under condominium ownership. The concepts of condominium ownership and common areas in buildings under condominium ownership are clarified, and a distinction is made between the different types of common areas. The negative consequences of the seizure of common areas in residential buildings are discussed, attention is paid to the problems related to safety and problems affecting the technical infrastructure of the building. The legal order through which these violations can be stopped is examined in detail, and the specific methods for protecting condominium ownership from the illegal seizure of common areas in the building are also indicated.
