Abstract: In today's complex business environment and times of crisis, the demand for leadership is urgent. The topic for human dimension of leadership is particularly important, because effective leadership is an essential element to success in all types of businesses. CEOs of real estate companies are looking for all sorts of ways to deal with crises and pursue growth. But is every real estate executive a leader? This article includes issues with understanding leadership and leaders in real estate management field. The main purpose is to explore important characteristics of executives-leaders in real estate companies, through which they could cope with the modern leadership challenges in the industry.
