Abstract: The subject of activity of the municipal enterprise consists OF management, maintenance and management of municipal housing buildings. The enterprise controls the repairs of the building fond, which are pledged under the capital program of the Municipality of Rousse. The revenues from its activity are credited to the account and are paid into the revenue of the municipal budget, unless otherwise provided by the Municipal Council. The Municipal Council approves the budget annually, and the overall control over the implementation of the activity is carried out by the mayor of the municipality of Ruse or a deputy mayor appointed by him.
