Abstract: The city is a form of social organization of people, caused by the necessity to meet their needs for various weal. One of the most important among them is the land and the permanently connected with her objects, i.e. real estate. The first step in the development and construction of real estate and the city as a whole is urban planning. In the context of the understands, that in a certain aspect the city is a system of real estate objects, the article presents the idea of the relationship between urban planning, real estate and city development.
