Abstract: Luxury residential properties have become an object of interest to an increasing part of society, but their
essence and characteristics are not considered in the scientific literature. For the purpose of clarifying and defining
luxury residential property, the scope and content of related terms such as "real estate", "real estate", etc. should first
be considered.
