Abstract: The article examines a number of models that can be used in the management of real estate companies. We pay special attention to the Norton - Kaplan model. The use of this model, as well as the other models included in the article, is a prerequisite for the achievement of the strategic goals of the real estate companies and their successful development in the conditions of competition. For the application of these models in practice it is necessary to know them in detail from the respective experts of the company, who in turn should present the results of the applied models to its management. Based on this, the management takes certain decisions.
