Abstract: Technology of residential property transactions is the meeting point of different goals, interests and
expectations, which are sometimes contradictory. Here are, not only the different representatives from the levels of the
institutional structure - individuals, professional and state-administrative organizations, but also various existing
formal and informal rules. This is a prerequisite for a different level of influence and impact, both in the course of the
transaction and in the decision-making process. Stakeholder analysis is aimed at reducing the risk in the residential
property transactions, which will lead to increased security in the real estate market.
