Abstract: The transition to economy which is based primarily on private ownership and market mechanisms in Bulgaria has led to an increase in the importance of real estate helping to strengthen the efficient functioning and successful development of the national economy. Real estate is at the heart of any economic activity, its objects form a significant part of the meaning of economic agents and create basis and implementation of all economic activities.
The property theory includes legal, territorial, engineering and economical aspects. In its economical and other aspects is based on macro- and microeconomics and has a number of links to urbanism, statistics and many other sciences.
