Abstract: In this publication, the dynamics of loans to households for house purchase new business and bank interest rates on loans to households for house purchase new business in the European Union member states in the period 2014 – February 2024 has been studied. A comparative analysis has been carried out of loans to households for house purchase new business dynamics in the European Union member states. Major trends in the development of loans to households for house purchase new business in the European Union member states have been outlined.
