Abstract: The analysis of internal control issues and the pursuit of contemporary management solutions encompasses both theoretical frameworks and practical insights into the challenges faced. The paper aims to compare different viewpoints on the essence of internal management control. The opinions of researchers and practitioners from Bulgaria and other regions are analyzed. The objective is to discern the fundamental components of contemporary theoretical and methodological frameworks and based on this analysis, to formulate concepts for a novel approach to internal management control within the realm of real estate management services. These services pertain to real estate activities and hold significant value from a managerial perspective.
