Abstract:This article examines the complex environment in which commercial organizations and the real estate business have to develop today. It describes some of the difficulties that now accompany the commercial business and real estate market, in the state of recovering relations in a post-COVID environment and international conflicts have erupted. Diversification is considered as one of the possible growth strategies. Emphasis is placed on the possibility, through the methods of Project Management, to create optimal conditions for research, understanding, development and diversification of the commercial business and the offers on the real estate market
