Abstract: Business properties have always been and remain an important segment for investors, as in most cities of Europe they display the most attractive profitability. Today, most people are worried about the markets for bonds and stocks, while the real estate market sees them stable and promising in terms of investment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of investing in long term rental or purchase of real estate, with a specific location, square footage and location, with the aim of creating and developing a pharmacy near the great Hospital – HOSPITAL or UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL in the city. Sofia rentals, through preparing and analyzing research, using the method of SWOT analysis, which presents the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the appropriate investment plan.
