Abstract: Market research could be done at different stages of a property transaction, and for different reasons. Some of the most popular ones are mentioned in this article and concern mainly the period before a property transaction or a property investment. Market research is not very popular as a real estate service, and is still being used mainly by large companies who tend to plan their financial flows in depth beforehand. However in the last few years in Yavlena we have also some small scale investors who decide to investigate the market, before putting their money in a deal with unknown perspective.
